Late last week I called Nosler Customer Service and spoke to Mike S about new Nosler 30-06 cases, 1 had a damaged shoulder and 4 were beyond cencentric to a point where my sizing die would not correct the eccentricity even when I bumped the shoulder back 0.001" trying to align the neck.

Mike and I had a very informative and cordial conversation, discussing Nosler specs on brass, shoulder dimensions and chamfer on the neck are checked but neck concentricity is not. Today, as promised by Mike, I received a 5 pack of replacement brass for those that prompted my call.. Thank You Mike S for keeping me, the customer happy. I will continue to be a loyal Nosler customer.

I never did contact them but I got a few boxes of .223 brass with chewed up mouths. They were a good price on SPS but they were labeled as over runs and came in the high dollar black boxes.

I have had nothing but exceptional customer service from Nosler. There are a few companies, that cater to sportsman, that could learn a few lessons from companies like Nosler.

I have about 10 boxes of Nosler bullets that have a black substance on them. I tried tumbling and scrubbing the substance off to no avail. This substance adversely affects accuracy contrary to Nosler customer service claims. I contacted customer service and asked them about replacing the bullets. They agreed to replace them but I had to ship them at my expense. When I bought these bullets, I bought them as a new product, not a blemished product and I paid the shipping to have them delivered to me. As a matter of principle, I do not think its my responsibility to pay shipping on a new product that should never have been shipped. What happened to personal responsibility and customer service in this country? I custom load ammo and do load development for my customers rifles. I will not put some kind of stained up crap in one of my customers rifles. I polish my brass to a high luster and load my ammo with a sense of pride. I was told by Nosler customer service manager that if I had bought a defective product from Walmart, I would have to pay for the gas to take the product back. Can you believe this guy? I wonder if other customers have had the same treatment from Nosler.

what caliber, weight, & style/name are the bullets?

Is there a chance the particular rifle doesn't like that style/weight of bullet?

Personally with flat rate shipping I think I would rather pay an extra $15 instead of let a couple hundred dollars worth of bullets sit around.

I will bet that if you wanted to, you could put the bullets in the classifieds section and someone here would relieve you of them
