Ordered a 357 Mag yesterday

Called the guy I buy all my guns through and had him order me a Ruger GP 100 357 with a 4" barrel and a buddy of mine ordered a new model Super Blackhawk 44 Mag SST with a 5.5 barrel he checked with the three distributors he deals with and no one had either pistol! :evil: and they don't have any idea when they'll get either one so we play the waiting game for the time being.

I'm gonna keep it in the truck for CCW, and keep it on me at deer camp, I having a trigger job done to it before I put any rounds through it.

Saw a nice array of .357's at the gun shop today, including a pair if GP 100's. Brand spanking new. They looked good.

I got to shoot one around Hallowen at the range I shoot at, it was well balanced and shot great IMO.

I bought the 4" GP100 for my wife, but carry it when I hunt with My SRH 44 Mag. , also have the 6" GP100 they are both well made handguns.

I've got a few! One 4" SS GP, 6" Blued GP (2), 5.5" Vaquero, 4" M28, and one 4" SS GP that the fine Mr. David Clements turned into a 10MM for me.
