I took the .234 out today with the 85 Partitions seated at different depths.

2.230" ogive=1.072"
2.225" ogive=1.965"
2.220" ogive=1.374"

The rifle shot better last time with loads closer to the lands so I am going to try those again. They were under 1MOA.

The 7mmRM with 150 CTBT shot well. I did notice that the 3rd shot was kicking 1" high but the first two shots were in the center of the bull. On the last 3 shot group, I waited until the rifle cooled and shot a .882" group. That is good enough for hunting with that load.

I also shot the Ruger 30-06 with 58.7gr of H4350 and 165 Partitions at different depths.

2.661 ogive=2.792"
2.651" ogive=2.083 with 2 touching 1 out
2.641" ogive=1.138" with 2 touching and 1 out

I also shot the 338wm with 225 Interlocks and 75.0gr of RL19. Last time this load shot 1.106" so I wanted to see if I could do it again.

Group 1=.634"
Group 2=1.566"
Group 3=1.849"

I don't know if the groups grew because the rifle was getting a little warmer every round or if it was the shooter.

I still have some work to do with the 30-06 but I am afraid to seat them deeper because I am starting to compress my loads. The 7mm is ready to hunt and the .243 just needs to repeat. For the 338wm, I feel I could hunt with the rifle but I am still hoping to get more consistent groups from it.

WT, looking at the size and shape of your groups with the 338, I can't help but think it might be worth just keeping that load. It shot a .6 on your first shots from that rifle. Seems that either the rifle was getting warmer or you were getting worn down by the end, but either way, .6 doesn't happen on accident. You hammered them. Even the others are just fine in my opinion. I'd take it out to your zero range and zero it. Nothing inside of 500 yards is going to slip through those groups.

If I were you, I'd move in small increments with the 30-06. Your so danged close it isn't funny. With two in almost the same hole and the 3 coming out, it is either barrel heat/bedding or a minute change in seating depth. I'd be more apt to retry your shortest and see if it is consistent before changing anything.

Again, I wouldn't mess with your 338... It's doing what it is supposed too.

Sounds like a great plan with the 243 and 85's. If they shoot better long, give it to them. Seems like your about to have all of your rifles up and ready to hunt pretty quick buddy.

Do you think .005" changes on the 30-06 after I retest the shortest load from today?

As far as the 338wm, I am going to load up some round for hunting season real soon right along with the 7mm.

If I get them all ready, I don't know what I will do with myself next summer. Getting a .243, 270, 2 25-06s, 2 30-06s, a 7mmRM and a 338wm done in a summer was a task but a lot of fun. I guess I could find something to tweak or a new bullet to mess with.

Yup, .005-.010" changes at most. I'd see what your shortest does again though before messing around. Chances are you have a killer.

As for nothing to do, I think you have a Sako around the house that needs a little love! Ha!
