Recovered AB's and PT's

I never get tired of seeing mushroomed bullets. I drink very little milk. How can a guy get some jugs without drinking a massive amount of milk? The 160AB looks awesome. I have used Partitions for 20 years and i am always curious about new bullet designs. Good job guys.

Hit up your friends that have young kids, they also sell drinking water in the same jugs sometimes.

I think gallon jugs of water run less than a buck a piece at my local grocery store. Makes for a cheap pre packaged bullet test! Scotty

Nice pictures and video, thanks for sharing. The more and more I see that 160 grain AccuBond in the 7mm the more and more I like it. Sure love shooting water jugs, very addicting. any one got milk?

Corey that 160gr AB impressed the heck outta me. I believe it will go afield this year for sure. I'm thinking those at around 3100 should work excellent. Scotty

Yes it should do just fine. If you remember I shot a spike elk at less than 50 yards broadside. Complete pass through and one dead elk.

As for the gold dot how far from the jugs were you guys? Handloads or Double Tap ammo

Corey

We shot the Gold Dot around five yards from the jugs. I have switch to handloads since I can load at Double Tap levels.

What speed is the DT ammo?

JD338

Double Tap data has the 200gr going 1250fps out of a 5" barrel. Best I could do with the factory 4.6" was 1100-1125. Double Tap says 1350fps with the 180. We got 1200-1250 with 4.6" barrel.

I think this will help with speed! 6.6" Lonewolf barrel

I will find out how sweet it is this weekend. Just hope it shoots as good as the factory barrel.

I imagine those barrels are more accurate than we are, right from the factory! Looking forward to trying that out the next time I am around. Scotty

Man, I have to say, that 10mm is very impressive for a pistol round. Much lighter than my Ruger SBH and carries great energy downrange. Scotty

That G20 10mm gets the thumbs up for our Elk hunt.

Yeah, I can see why! If you can find a bullet like that Gold Dot or something Hard Cast, what a nice round for packing meat out. Scotty
