Savage 270 WSM

Savage makes all of their rifles in 270 WSM with a 1 in 11" twist. This seems rather slow for 140-150 grain bullets.

Anyone with a Savage that shoots the 140-150 grain bullets (Barnes TTSX comes to mind) with good experiences to share?

Is a 130 gr E-tip of TSX sufficient for elk-sized game?

I had one in 270 WSM. Shot everything under MOA with reloads. From 90gr to 150 Grain.
