My password, account and sign-in have disappeared off of SPS. I went to place an order and they would not let me sign in! I guess that I now do not have an account with them after doing business with them since they opened thier doors. I can not figure out what I did to them to lose my account? I have always pay up front and I have never lost an account in 50 years of having credit! They did make a mistake on payment for one order which I had previously paid for but said that the mistake was fixed.

Just curious?
 
Give SPS a call Monday, they will get it straight with you.

So did mine from the last web format. I just reset it.
 
Yeah, sounds like your info got lost in the etherweb. The joys of software updates.
 
I was going to buy some cheap Norma .340 brass and could not with no account.

I had to reset my account as well Charlie.. When they updated their web site they required everyone to do it..

Hopefully this update will fix their SSL encryption issue. I notified them about a month ago and they got right on it and fixed it. Then I noticed a week ago that their checkout pages weren't protected again. Two days later it was protected and I made another order.

My account is still viable. Somethings up with their database.
 
I called and they reset the account. They had erased it with the last update.
