Substituting 150 gr. BT for 150 gr. CTBST in 270 Win.?

A couple of days ago I scored a box of 150 gr. BT's at a LGS down in PA. I had almost finished load development with the 150 gr. CTBST when I ran out of bullets and couldn't find anymore. I was loading the Nosler max load of 57.5 gr. of IMR7828ssc.

I assume that I shouldn't do a direct substitution, right? That would just be too easy. You guys will tell me to start lower and work up again because the BT does not have the Lubalox coating, right?

Nope, in this case id use the exact same everything. Never seen that coating affect anything.

Yes, I also direct substitue the BT vs CTBT's in seveal rifles. Never had an issue with it.

I bought some factory second ct bullets that weren't coated some time back. Nosler said to load them just like ballistic tips
