I really hope the "oops" there was that it was shown too early, and not that it was a mistake entirely.

Good one. I thought I would have to go out and buy a 300 Ouch & Ouch with no place to shoot it. Our public range is closed for repairs.

Feels like 1925 when I got my first Pre-64, .300 H&H but I think it was about 1970 or thereabouts. I got my .375 H&H the year before in 1969. The first .300 H&H that I had was a low serial number (around 7,000) if I remember correctly. My second .300 H&H was an Alaskan like Scotty's.
