Well, I've had a good year for tomatoes. 50 qts so far off of 10 plants (I think I will get another 20-30 qts yet). Plus I have almost another 50 qts still from last year.
So I am looking to diversify. Last year I made tomato juice (which we are still drinking) so I don't need anymore of that.
I made salsa a few years ago and it was real good, but I'm not a good one for using recipes. I just taste and season.
Anyway, do any of you have a good salsa recipe I can use for canning?
