UP Lobster

In a large pot, boil several potato and an onion.
Add 2 White fish fillets, boil for 7 minutes.

Remove fillets and mash potatos.

Serve fillets with a 1/2 stick melted butter for dipping.

Taste just like lobster, eh. :lol:

How would this recipe work with pike? It sounds interesting and I likely have more pike than whitefish.
