Oops-too late. I ordered Leupold's DD rings and 2-piece DD mounts last night. I wish Remington would get back to making quality rifles like this again but we may have to go to Fantasy Island to get that wish it appears.

Thanks again for the well wishes on the surgery. I'm ready to get 'er done.

I have Standard Leupold mounts and medium height rings.
Its very solid and I have never lost my zero.

I bought low rings...hope they work. The K4 is a small scope so I think it should.

Low rings will be fine. I like the feel with the medium rings.
