Got out to the range today and only had factory ammo to get sighted in with. The Weatherby 120gr PT shot pretty good.

Looks like a bit better than an inch at 100 yards. I'd guess.

Some judicious handloading should get that down a fair bit.

Yes, some good hand loads should tighten those groups up. Quite impressed with factory ammo though. At least it made the accuracy guarantee lol

257 WBY is a great deer cartridge in my opinion.
I’ve been running the 100gr TTSX in the mid 3500’s , it’s a death ray.

What powder did you settle on?

N570 in Winchester 7mm Rem Mag fire formed brass. I haven’t develop it on recent fire formed Perterson brass.

Nice Fotis! Have you shot any animals with those 90g Absolute Hammers yet? I'm thinking of trying them in my 25-06.

Not yet but others have and reports have been very positive. Those absolutes can be pushed 3750-3800 from the 257 Bee. I'm thinking you can see 3450 from your 25-06
