What's on your wish list?

As of right know more powder and bullets are on my list and to see the fuel prices go down a bunch would be great.

A .204 Ruger / 22-250 AI or some sort, with scope, primarily for the rifle range.

6x42 Heavy Duplex for the 30-06.

More hunting, fishing, time at the range, time around a campfire.

Well, let's see..........

1.- Come up with some $$$ for a new .280 AI build

2.- a new Swarovski Z5 for the above

3.- I want to build an AR this year

4.- Most importantly I wish I have more free time to go to the range more often. :(

Upgrade my range finder. Would love to get the vectronix terrapin but having trouble deciding which organs to sell...

Vortex razor spotting scope

6.5x47 lapua, in love with this cartridge and never even shot one. Who knows why...

McMillan A4 for my 300 H&H

Vortex viper PST 6-24x50

Ceracote for multiple rifles

To win the lottery to pay for all my expensive hobbies!

If kitting out & reloading are complicated, ..... they don't hold a candle to women. Man - are they complicated or what :?

I'm really in need of some scopes for a few rifles I have right now. That's really about all I really want at this point. I'm having alot of fun with my current inventory. Rifle wise, I'm not clamoring for anything to be honest. I would like a 416 or something along those lines someday and a 257 caliber rifle to fill the void my 25-06 CDL left in my safe! I still have dies, bullets and brass so it's a dangerous place for me seeing those with no rifle!

A Model 71 348 Winchester is always on top of everything, but I'm trying to be patient with that one.

Oh and Brian has planted the 243 WSSM seed in my head in the AR platform as well.

Scotty I really think that you would fall in love with a 257 Roberts!

Women! I don't even try to figure them out.

No doubt about that! Words can't even explain why they do anything. Kinda like the joke I heard a while back.

These three guys find a lamp with a genie in it. Genie pops out and grants them each one wish. First guy says "I want to be the richest man in the world" Pow he's the richest man in the world. Second guy says "I want to be the most powerful man in the world." Pow he's the most powerful man in the world. The genie asks the third guy what does he want. He pauses ponders a bit and then says, "I want a road to Hawaii." The genie looks at him in disbelief and says "Do you know how much time and materials and effort it will take for me to do that? I'll give you another wish." So the man thinks for a minute and says. "I just want to understand women." The genie responds, "Do you want a 2-lane or 4-lane highway?"

The 9.3X64 was developed ~1910. It is a magnum size, beltless case with a slightly rebated rim. Interestingly, it is the parent cartridge for the .376 Steyr.

I really don't think I should post any of this stuff on here because of the enablers wandering around this forum with too much time on their hands. But oh well!

A deer tag so I can shoot one off my front porch this fall.

Elk tag

Antelope tag so I can get one of the bucks I cross paths with on a weekly basis.

A new Chrony

Stock for the 338AI I think I got one picked out.

Saw a Supergrade for a Pre-64 on Gunbroker the other day $920!! I think I can do better on the price and make someone drool.

Remaining parts for 338AI

Scope for 280AI and 338AI

Think I got my mind made up for the 280 Z6 2.5-15X44 with a 4A

Either a Win or Ruger in 257 Roberts

A Win 70 SS FW in 7-08

A 6.5 or some sort.

Exhaust brake and 4" SS exhaust for my truck.

A 24' Wilson stock trailer.

A newer tractor with a cab A/C and heat

A newer baler

Win the $500 Million lottery! Dang can't do that in Nevada!!

Is it a .478 bolt face? That would be awesome to wildcat in 6.5 or 7mm with a sharp shoulder. What's the capacity on that?

Rim diameter is 0.496 inches. The 6.5x63mm Messner Magnum was built off this case. From that case, the 8.5mm Messner Magnum was built. The 9.3x64 Brenneke was the parent case for the 8mm Mázon.

I have no doubt. Saw a Featherweight and Sporter 25-06 yesterday in my local gun store.. Had to hold my wallet to not put a deposit on one of them.. The Sporter is a copy to my 264.. Be a cool pair of small bores.

It would be hard to fight that temptation.

I have a good friend with a custom build rifle in this calibre......truly awesome!
Shilen 24" match barrel, Arnold Jewel trigger, GBR (Rem.700) blue print action, Swaro.Z6 2-12x50 scope & a nicely grained old brush stale from Turkey to mount it all in.
In round numbers, about £6,300 Sterling/$9,500

Short action cartridge, small BR primer, Lapua brass, 6.5x129gn SST bullet & 37gns Rel.15 magical combination clovers every time @ 100yds. Very very impressive.
Neck shoots red hinds @ 200yds+ in Scotland.
Cheers, ET
