I think some of the 2017 elk seasons are drawn in Jan. of 2017, but am not up on the PPs needed before that date.

Non-Resident Wyoming elk tag applications must be submitted in January...

Preference point can be an important consideration...

Last year when I applied I bought points at that time that is why I'm asking. If this is the only time you can buy points for next year I'll add some more so I'll have a better chance than last year.

If I'm not mistaken TD, this is the last chance until you apply.(obviously if you're unsuccessful then they keep a little of the $$ and you get a point :grin: )
