Only if he's trespassing on our property.....there's many reasons I don't shoot at public ranges, this kind of crap being one if them.

Making primers with matches is nothing new. "Necessity is the mother of invention." here's another. "Those that do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it."
Bear with me for a minute before you light up your flame throwers.
There is a book by Ira Wolfert with the title, "AMERICAN GUERRILLA IN THE PHILIPPINES". If you either read the book "THEY WERE EXPENDABLE" or saw the movie which Hollyweird almost got right, at the end most of the crews of those PT boiats endd up in the back country if the Philippines and fought the Japs in a hitand run basis. In American Guerrilla, some of the stuff they had to do to make ammo for their rifles was downright sacry as hell. Yup! Primers wee made from scracth anywhere matches. Powder was salvaged from cannon shells, ground u and charges were by guess and by gosh. Bullets were made from proper sizes curtain rods, cut to length and a nose filed into shape on one end. Seems like they might be the first monometal bullets. From what I read in the book, those makeshift loads kicked like unholy hell, rifling was short lived but if that Springfield 03 held together, they would kill Japs with those loads.
Right now, there may be no reason to cobble up primers but knowing how just might be necessary sometime down the road. You just never know. Me? I'm afraid I'm just too fumble fingered to try it. :(

Great read! I'm gonna have to find that book.

This explains why I can't find strike anywhere matches around town now.
