Wife's New EDC Pistol

We just picked up a new pistol for my wife's EDC.
Sig Sauer P365 XL Macro 9mm. Has the slide compensator and a Sig Sauer Red Dot optic sight.
With a 17+1 capacity, it's a big stick in a small bundle. We will get a zero on it tomorrow morning. She's anxious to shoot it and I'm really curious on how the compensator will work keeping the muzzle lift down.

We got a zero on the plate at 10 yards. Sue enjoyed shooting the P365 XL Macro. She noticed that it was more pleasant to shoot than her Springfield EMP.
I must say that the compensator does work.

My wife is carrying the same pistol but not the porter modek. It’s a very nice pistol. Easy to carry and shoot. I’m sure your lady will love it.

She'll love that gun Jim. I carry the P365XL X model which has provisions for the 17 round magazine. Shoots great and is accurate as heck. I use a DeSantis OWB holster along with a 1791 Holster. Both hold the gun tight against your side.
