Getting the broken screw out can be a real pain...... all depending on where it broke at.
If it broke at the head, remove the other screw and lift the mount off giving you access to the remainder of the screw. At this point, it's just gripping the screw and twisting it out of the hole. Yeah...

I've found that in my 9's.... a 124 grain RNL on top of 4 grains of Universal works best out of my pistols.
