This is a real impressive bullet. I'll post details later but I'm sure it will do a fabulous job on game. 2268 for muzzle velocity and lots of space to run it harder. Was stopped in the 5th 5 gallon bucket

Dissected

Took pliers a hammer chisel and punch to it trying to separate the core from the jacket. Bottom line it's not going to happen. It's definately welded to the jacket. The jacket tore before I could get the core to separate.

I have a number of these for my 9.3X64, though I haven't loaded them at this time. Your results give me a lot of encouragement to work up a load, though. A serious performer, without a doubt.
 
I kinda dig Woodleighs. Seem like tough hunting Bullets. That one looks made to kill heavy stuff. I'd like to try some 250's in my Newton.
