I need your advise &/or experience. A friend is going to Africa to hunt horned game eg., impala, gemsbok, perhaps oryx. I am helping him to put a load together for his 7mm Rem. Mag. We are going to use H1000 and 160 AccuBond or Partition. Personally, I have used them both & have stayed with the 160 AccuBond since it came out. Any thoughts on which would be the best in his situation would be much appreciated. :)

Whichever shoots best in his rifle is the final determinate. If they shoot equally well, or nearly so, then the nod might readily go to the AB because of BC.

Without a doubt, either bullet could be used interchangeably. Both are very capable bullets.

I agree, and with the other's as well stating shoot what shoots best.

Thanks friends. I was leaning toward the AccuBond because I have had great results in my 7mm RUM with it & because of the high B.C. That's the one I'll try first. Here's hoping! It will be awhile before I can get to the range. I really don't feel like trying to shoot in -40C temperatures!! :(

Roger that. I put the temperature cut-off at -15C. Solvents freeze at that temp.
