I purchased a Savage 6.5 Creedmoor because my Grandsons had got them and I wanted to try some loads out before making them some ammo.
No, I wouldn’t win any bench rest or long range contests with these guns but the way I shoot, the best gun in the world wouldn’t get it done anyway.
Trying out a couple of AccuBond loads this afternoon. Spread them out but would be comfortable to use either one as a deer load locally. Intentionally want them hitting high. No one hole groups today.

They'll work. It is great that you are doing this for grandchildren. Any interest on their part to begin to load their own cartridges?

That will work.
Nice work.
BTW, the shooting bench looks great.

They used to “help” when they were small.
I think their dad recently purchased some equipment but I don’t know if they’ve started using it yet. They’ve moved quite a ways away from us so we don’t see them as often now.
