Bear Pepperoni & Brautwurst!

My son came home from visiting our meat processor/wild game butcher Jeff Tuttle. Doggone he did a good job with that bear! :grin: It's all hot pepperoni and bratwurst. Only had one stick of the pepperoni so far... Wow! Very, very good. A little spicy hot...

I anticipate that the brats will be really good as well. The bear meat adds a special flavor, very good.

That sounds like a great idea. I am actually looking forward to making a bunch this Fall with a few deer. Those snack sticks and sausage are great chow for the Winter....
