Quickly sautee in a hot pan, to the point where they're just a tad pink in the middle. Also made baked potato, steamed veggies and grilled onions. And opened a bottle of red, for the cook. :grin:

We found a rabbit yesterday, and it's rabbit season, but we're really trying to get our dogs to only hit on birds, not rabbits and other mammals, so I refrained from shooting it. Too bad. Rabbit tastes pretty good. Guy
