Creamed Potatoes

Get some small red potatoes...cut in half and boil.

Mix 3 pints heavy cream (whipping cream) 2Tbs butter, salt, pepper, and after simmering thicken with a combo of flour, corn starch and cold water to the consistency of gravy.

Drain the potatoes, pour the cream mixture over them and stir.

Goes great with about any meat, especially venison.
