I'm preparing a batch of. 416 Weatherby rounds and am going to use 300 gn TSX over 119
gn of RE19. It's been nearly ten years since I ran the last batch and don't recall if I crimped the bullets, I'm thinking it isn't necessary, what is the recommendation from the members here?

If you single round load than crimping shouldn't be necessary. But ..... 120gr of powder is sure to produce enough recoil that bullets in a magazine may move. In that case a little crimp might be advisable, especially for a dangerous game hunt.
