I know this has been said before in the past but in my opion it can not be said enough...

Nosler's customer service is the BEST !!!!!

Was loading up some .308win ladder loads yesterday with Nosler brass, Varget and 165 grain Accubonds. I had about 8 bullets that had either the nose missing or appeared to be eaten away. I had another 12 or so where the copper was burnished to some degree.

I called Nosler and Mike answered the phone. He was very helpful and polite. (not used to that with companies I deal with in today's world) He is also sending me a brand new box of Accubonds.

In today's world where it becomes the customer's problem at most companies in the world it is refreshing to see a company (NOSLER) honor their product and their customers.

Good for Nosler. And good for you that they took care of the problem. You are certainly right, customer service is a dying business value now days.

I agree, Nosler is a first class company.

Old thread, but I bought a couple of boxes of Accubonds recently and had the same problem. I contacted Nosler and spoke with Mike who quickly said not to worry that I'd be receiving a couple of boxes in the mail free. Now that's customer service!
