A very fine rifle in my favorite all-round cartridge. Beautiful!Winchester Model 70 Super Grade, with the French walnut, chambered in 7mm Remington Magnum.
Great looking rifle in an excellent caliber. I hunted with the 7Mag for quite a few years from Deer to Elk and never had a complaint.Ever since selling my nice 375 H&H Model 70, I've been wanting to buy another good-looking Winchester Model 70. This one showed up on my horizon, and I scooped it up!
Winchester Model 70 Super Grade, with the French walnut, chambered in 7mm Remington Magnum. You good folks know that is one of my favorite general purpose hunting cartridges. It's a lightly used rifle, one ding in the stock. I'm looking forward to scoping this one and hunting with it.
Regards, Guy
We all have that one rifle we should have kept.Wow , That's an awesome looking piece. I just sold a M 70XTR Sporter 7Rem Mag last year. In hindsight I should have kept it and rebarreled it.
Or two rifles. We all have that one rifle we should have kept.
Mine was a 444 Marlin that shot cloverleafs. Ironically traded it for an M70 varmint rifleWe all have that one rifle we should have kept.
I would have trouble walking away from that one too. Beautiful!Ever since selling my nice 375 H&H Model 70, I've been wanting to buy another good-looking Winchester Model 70. This one showed up on my horizon, and I scooped it up!

Funny how them levers can shoot so well huh? My oldie but goodie.Mine was a 444 Marlin that shot cloverleafs.
These high gloss blued rifles really derserve a glossy blued scope, they just don’t look right with a matte scope. Better start scouring eBay for a gloss leupold.Thinking I'll top it with a 3.5-10x Leupold, or something similar.
