Was looking online at the data and it seems quite similar to H 4831 not surprisingly. It looks very good in the 6.5x55 so it will definitely get a look there.
With all of these new powders, I am looking forward to new updates to all of the reloading guides. I have played a bit with 4451, and 7977. So far I like them. The 7977 runs real nice in my 7 rem mag.
