Was gonna comment on your 308 post, but for some reason it's blocked for comment. That's some kind of speed for just 46 grains. That's handy what a typical 22" 30-06 will do with 50 grains of IMR 4064 with 150's. I usually run 52 grains if the gun will handle it on accuracy and that gets up around 2950.

I agree, you're close for just starting out. Mess with seating depth some and it should be there.
