I've got a couple of pounds of Magnum but have not worked up any loads with it. I guess my original plan was to try it in my 6.5-284 but never got to it. It looks it may also be worth trying in a number of others.

140gr bullet at 3100+ will make a 7mm Rem Mag cry.

Ive been getting 3435fps with my 7mm Rem mag and 140 gr partitions for 50 years, Ballistic tops since they came out with the. Im over 3300 with 150's out of a 1962 Original stainless barrel, 700 Remington and a real stiff load of H4831sc.
