I'm asking the following question because this is something I really never do. I usually pick a OAL and adjust power for accuracy but this time I want to try adjusting the seating depth.

So my question is, do you guys adjust 5 or 10 thousands at a time?

Not terribly experienced, but if I am tweaking depth to tighten groups up I am usually pretty close to the optimal seating depth for the load. 0.005 usually works the best. If I go every 0.010 I usually end up back tracking pretty quick.

Well I loaded up 7 sets of 3 and each seated .005 out from one another. I chose the 66.0 Retumbo since it would gave more speed over the 64.5 load. I had one of the 7 sets come in under MOA, the rest were all above MOA. The speed on the 64.5 was 3053 ave and the 66.0 was 3110 ave. I was hoping for more speed with the 66.0 load but it's under MOA and 3110 is good enough for Retumbo.

I'm a little more basic
I do quarter turns on the seating stem

Same here... That works well for me and ends up being around .010" on most die sets.
