Good hunt. Photos to follow. Storm got the first buck, a real nice one. Steven tagged a good pronghorn. I am done with my hunt. The .25-06 did real well again.

Coyote at 420 yds - first shot, rested on the hood of the Suburban.

Pronghorn at 160 yds.

3x4 mulie at 260 yds.

All one shot, instant kills. There was also a complete miss at a pronghorn at about 260 yds, but we don't need to mention that!

There is no doubt that that the 115 .257" and 120 gr 7mm ballistic tips are excellent hunting bullets!

A little cool, very windy and a bit wet from time to time.

More later.

Steven and Storm are still hunting. I'm just bumming around looking at game and such.

Great report, Guy. I know we are all pulling for Steven and Storm to tag out as well.

Thanks Guy, look forward to the story and photos.
Have fun, be safe and shoot straight my friend :)

Blessings,
Dan

Looking forward to lots of pictures and a great story. Keep that 25-06 close for coyotes while you are "looking for game".

Guy - Hope it was all you hoped for.... Sounds like fun! Hmm....another pronghorn shot at less than 200 yds.... Go figure. Weather.....and antelope hunting....dont get me started. Some times its so nice, and some times.... No such thing as a bad rain in that part of the world though. Cant wait for the pics. CL

Good to hear ya having a good time........

Ya know ya gonna have to tell about the miss now that ya mentioned it.... ;)

Besides....anyone who never misses isn't hunting.

Am on the way home now. Steven and Storm both filled their tags! We celebrated with dinner out last night. Photos to follow.

That is great, Guy. Good to hear that Steven and Storm filled their tags as well.

Way to go guys, congrats to all of you! Doesn't get much better then that!

Glad to see the 25 is still laying the smack down for you Guy :)

I love those 115g NBTs myself!!

I remember some of your outstanding success a couple of years ago with the .25-06 & 115's... You made some pretty impressive shots/kills with that combo!
