This is GOOOOD!
1 uncut tenderloin strip(Elk,Deer,Beef or Pork)
1 to 2 Bottles of Allegero marinade

Marinate tenderloin for 1 to 2 days turning daily. also if you have it, use an injector.
Now you can cook this in about 3 hours on a grill using charcoal, by setting it to the side and cooking by in direct heat, or you can smoke it for about 8 hours. ( in a Smoker) If you use a grill, turn regularly so the bottom doesn't get too brown. When done wrap in aluminum foil for about a half an hour, so it can "get happy" serve with what ever fixxins make you happy, or slice and make some good thick sandwiches.
Note: do not remove the fat before cooking!
 
Indeed, this looks like one that I will try when I am able to get to my grill again (June?).
