A week or so ago, a friend and I toured the Nosler factory, with Sean as our guide. He was great (as were the other Nosler people we met).
We not only saw all the steps Nosler uses to manufacture their bullets (except how they bond their AccuBond bullets, which is proprietary), but we also toured their packaging and shipping areas, quality control tables (each bullet is inspected by eye), ballistics lab, custom rifle making facility and custom ammo loading operations (they really do load their ammo by hand, one round at a time).
It was a great experience, and if you ever have an opportunity to tour their operation, take it.
So — many thanks to Nosler for providing us that opportunity and for being such gracious hosts.
