The 300 Bee is ready to go!

a 230 grain ABLR sounds more logical to me. You need some shank for sectional density and length for ogive on long nose for high ballistic coefficient.
 
You can always use the Bergers 230 Charlie. I would for .....target shooting. Got them doing 3100 fps from my 30-378.
 
Ever try any of the Hornady 208 AMAX's in any of your big 30's ? Pretty slick bullet . RJ
