The Hawken gets it done

Took a nice doe this morning with my .50 Hawken. I had the sights replaced 2 years ago with some Williams FireSights, and they really make a difference for these old eyes. 370gr Maxiball put her straight on the ground.

Good work! Congratulations. Several tasty meals, for sure. I tried, but all I accomplished was to give one a 50 cal belly shave. No blood just two hands full of white hair on the ground. He's probably still running.
