Guy Send me the load data for you 30-06 when you get them worked up. I've been tinkering with the same thing and would be interest to see what works for you. I've been using H4350

the bolt slides back and forth just fine, its the rotating of the bolt in and out of its locked position that is very difficult.

I am supposed to get my custom rifle back from the gunsmith next week, its been 4 moths and the wait is killing me!! In that spirit and the fact that I need something to hold me over until that time, post pics of your "custom" or at least designed/modified rifles!

Thanks for everyone's advice. I doesn't seem like there's a bad choice with the 30-06, but some maybe overkill. I will see how my new rig like the 150gr AB over 57.5gr H4350 and adjust if needed from there!

What is everyones experience with reloading these bullets. They seem to be pretty sweet looking based on the info on the website. Which are they most similar to the accubond or BT? they seem to be the right price $20 for 50.

thats exactly what my plan is. What got me concern is the work up "load data" POP posted that has me concerned about the upper limits. No biggie thanks again for everyone expertise

my plan of attack is... I've loaded up several rounds. i started at 56.3 grains and moved up 0.3 grains each round to a maximum of 61 and change (can remember and too lazy to look right now) i will continue to monitor for high pressure signs on my way. Any other recommendations for load...

any idea what you guys feel given the "average" information, what would be a safe start/max load
