    Another One With The .243 85gr. Partition

    Just wanted to share some success using Nosler Trophy Grade ammo in .243 with 85 gr. partitions. I tried this load in my new gun for local whitetails, a Remington 750 semiauto. 3/4" inch groups at 100 yds. I'm very happy with this gun, no jams at all!! :mrgreen:

    Custom MGM barrel or a savage

    Yotesmoker, My encore pro hunter in .243 shoots groups just like that right out of the box. I've been able to put alot of trust in the accuracy of stock t/c's.

    Get a good tactical scope, build a click chart for your cartridge, verify it at the range, and get a good laser range finder. Everything after that is in the freezer!! 8)
