I also have a 25-06 im looking for good loads for. Currently I am shooting 115 Ballistic tips and I believe 52.5gr 7828ssc if I remember correctly.

I am thinking of going with a light varmint bullet and having a long range yote smoker. I don't care about the pelts, Just wanna kill these damn things where I hunt deer. There is way to many around.

...I've gotten very good accuracy & MV's w/ the 75gr. V-Max & 85gr. NBTs @ near max loads, but for a LR varmint bullet in the .25's, the (relatively) new 90gr. Sierra BlitzKing w/ a .388 BC has been exceptional in accuracy, MV's (approach max. loads w/ caution, I was getting higher MV's & started to show pressure signs @ max, more bearing surface?) & has considerably less drop & windage @ 500-600yds then most of the similar 85-90grs. (BC's .330) available...

...3 shots/ 100yds./ .25 WSSM...

IMR 4350 works really well with anything 100 grs and lighter. Can't remember the load but it was with IMR 4350 and 87 gr Sierra that was WICKED on groundhogs. I am not at home but in another state deer hunting right now so I don't have my data book. Most any light bullet in a 25-06 will be instant death to a yote.

I concur with IMR 4350 for bullets of 100 grains, and less, as 1Shot stated.

Using 45.5g Varget under 85g BTips. Getting 3150fps out of a 20 inch barrel. Slow, but very accurate load in my rifle.

I have had excellent results with IMR 4831 IMR 7828 and Reloader 22. Only problem with the Re 22 is that it changes from lot to lot. The IMR line is consistent.

I'm using IMR4350 with 120 gr. Partitions and it has worked very well for me in my wife's rifle. H4831SC and H4350 would also be good choices.

I have read on other sites that 4350 is to slow for calibers like this

I don't find anything slow about IMR4350/100gn bullet & 3257fps MV from my 22" barrel.
So with 11 years of using this propellant and hundreds of red hinds down (weights around 80-90lbs) it's a highly suitable propellant to use when loading .25-06. ATB
