I have a Nosler M21 375 H&H Magnum arriving next week. I've got new R-P brass, Nosler 260 gr AB, Hornady 270 gr IL, Speer 270 gr SP, and 285 gr Grand Slams along with Varget, RL15 and IMR4064 on hand. I would really like to get more 260 gr AB's if anyone has some extras laying around. What are your favorite loads?
Thanks fellas!

This has worked in 3 different M70 rifles with CRF
R-P brass
Remington 9 1/2 M (magnum) primer
260 gr Nosler Partition
73 gr Alliant RL-15.
I would start a little lower and work up with the AB.
I remember Guy had his favorite

JD, I also shot in my friends rifle, 300 Nosler PT and 300 Hornady solid. But I had not loaded those for mine yet. He took a couple of Cape Buffalo with those.

Thank you fellas. I'm looking forward to working with the ol' work horse 375. I'll work up a load with the 260 gr AB and RL15. I'll probably take it out on safari in a couple weeks and see how it does on a couple of bean field bandits.

I picked up the Nosler M21 in 375 H&H last Friday, mounted an old VX-3 2.5-8x36mm and got a zero at 100 yards. Also hit the 200 and 250 yard gongs with the 260 gr AB.
Saturday afternoon I confirmed my zero and headed to the farm. Sat on a bean field and shot a doe at 100 yards at last light.
I'm going to work up some loads with the Hornady 270 gr IL and Speer 270 gr SPBT bullets.
I'm liking the 375.

Beautiful rifle! That’s a lot of damage, but that was a lot of energy on that bullet.
Where did you end up in your load?

I used the Guy Miner favorite load-
260 gr AB
69.0 grs RL15
R-P case
Federal GM215M primer
I need to chronograph this load and shoot a serious group off the bench.

When it cools down and find some 260's I might try the two in the same rifle and see how they compare. I only have 300 grn AB and its too darn HOT down here

Ya, I got that one from John Barsness, his written about it at least a couple of times. And Nosler lists it as their accuracy load as well.

BTW, same powder charge works well with the Hornady 270 gr bullet too! :)

I'm glad you're enjoying the rifle Jim. Looks like it did a fine job for you.

Regards, Guy

Thanks fellas. As you already know, those long gentle tapered shells feed like butter.
When I loaded up the magazine and closed the bolt, I had to double check the chamber to see if the bolt picked up the shell from the magazine.
Wow, it's smooooth!

I noticed you don’t have a brake. Any plans for one? How’s the kick/push without a brake?

Recoil isn't any different than a 12 ga with field loads. The rifle weighs in at 7.9 lbs.
No need for a brake.
