I received a new Alliant Manual today. I noticed this new powder showed even higher vel. than RL17 with 165 & 180gr. 308 loads & very good in 300WM as well. Anyone tried it?

I'm waiting for my new manual to see what kind of loads I can get with the new Power Pro powder for my 7Mag and 30-06. I've got some RL 17 & RL 19 that I'm going to use in my 7Mag.

Noslers Rock!

If these powders keep on coming magnums could be a thing of the past.

When you consider bullet improvements including higher ballsitic coefficients, and improved terminal performance, and then look at the newer powders adding a 100+ fps to cartridges compared to the powders used 20 years ago we have far better performance from the same cartridges today.

Todays 308 is equal to or ahead of the 06 from 20 years ago and the 06 runs right with the 300 Win Mag of 20 years ago.
