...trigger should be easy to adjust, should be a small screw located behind the trigger. Remove the trigger guard, use a jeweler's screwdriver to screw "IN" the screw (do not back it 'out'), should get you down to about 2.5-2.7#...
i wish the AB3 has a new intergraded trigger and its non adjustable..
3.5lb from factory they say sure dont feel like the timmey i had in my 300 weatherby mag or the mark V trigger ... 3.5lb should be a nice trigger
