I buy factory loaded Nosler/Norma ammunition to get the cases when it is on sale.

My experience in both 308 and 223 is that Federal is more consistent in weight but it is so soft that primer pockets loosen up quickly. not many reloads

Interesting that so many like Win brass, maybe I got some bad stuff, but it's by FAR the softest I've used in the .25-06. Neck tension, using the same Lee neck collet die, is way less with the Win brass than Rem or Fed or Nosler. On the other hand, in the 7 Rem Mag, the Win does fine. The only cases that have split on me when firing the .25-06 were Win, and they weren't hot loads, a gr. or more below listed max.
