Been gone awhile, gonna try some more loading with my 280 ai. Anyone have any luck with the new temp stable powders for 140 and 160 accubonds? I have 1 load with the 140's and h4831sc that shoots just under 1/2"

Haven't chronoed it yet. Looking for something for the 160's

I've wondered how H1000 would work in the .280 AI. I tried it years ago in a SAAMI .280 with 150-grain Power Points and 140-grain Accubonds. The .280 just doesn't have quite enough capacity to really make the powder work, IMO, at least not well enough to choose it over H4831. Accuracy seemed to WANT to happen, it just wasn't consistent. Looking back at my records, though, I note that the velocity spreads were very, very low. Maybe I should have worked with it a bit more.

It wouldn't surprise me if it worked really well in .280 AI.

I've had good luck with RL26....3,020 fps with 160 Accubonds, sub MOA to 600 yards.
