Ruger American rifle less than 20 shots fired. Only handloads shoots under MOA.
168 TTSX @2900 fps via RL 17, close to 1/2" MOA.
Black stock blued.

Any input?

I can include a 3-9 nikon and bases and rings........ I just wanted to keep it simple.

You sure you don't need it for a truck gun? Something to loan one of the veterans who hunt, or similar?

I know the feeling.

Unfortunately the Ruger Americans are hardly worth selling online, because by the time you add shipping plus receiving FFL transfer fee it's cheaper to buy one locally.
