I'm interested in reloading some ammo for varmit hunting. The rifle has a 26" heavy barrel with a 6 groove 1:9" right hand twist.

I have already purchased a box of Nossler 55 gr. Spitzer Ballistic tip but did so before researching if this is the correct bullet of choice. I have an older Nossler reloading manual. Is there anyway to update it or will I have to go and buy #5 Edition for reload info.

Do you have any recommendations/information on best rounds for this rifle?

What concerns should I have with barrel twist or bullet speeds?

Thanks,

Sounds like if you called customer service and picked their brains for awhile would be the best solution for you. 1 (800) 285-3701.
Our test barrel's twist for the 243 Winchester is 1-10". I asked our ballistics guru about your 1-9" and he said no problems with the 55gr Ballistic Tip.
Here is our most accurate combo from Nosler Reloading Guide #5 for the 243 Winchester with the 55gr Ballistic Tip:
H414 powder with starting load at 48.5grs and max load 52.5grs. Winchester case and Remington 9 1/2 primer.
Remember start low and work your way up carefully.
