Hey all, I'm doing a quick survey for the guys in our retail shop (Shooter's Pro Shop) and was hoping to get some feedback from everybody. I appreciate any and all thoughts and comments.

1) How often do you visit the Shooter's Pro Shop website?

2) Do you place your order via phone or through the site?

3) Do you feel we are competitively priced?

4) Did you find what you were looking for?

5) Will you shop at shootersproshop.com again?

6) What other items would you like to see us carry?

Feel free to post any other comments you'd like. Thanks everyone!

I love the site. I check it just about daily. I wish there were more varieties available, but realize it is not always possible. I also wish shipping was a bit cheaper. Maybe use flat rate boxes or something?? It just seems like a lot to pay $14.80 shipping on a $10 bag of bullets.

I will say this: This is the only company that does this, and I love the resource. Thanks Nosler.

1) How often do you visit the Shooter's Pro Shop website?

Average about once a week

2) Do you place your order via phone or through the site?

Via the site

3) Do you feel we are competitively priced?

Yes for the bullets I purchase. I agree shipping is steep compared to other places

4) Did you find what you were looking for?

Mostly shopping for seconds on brass and bullets so it can be hard to find at times

5) Will you shop at shootersproshop.com again?

YES

6) What other items would you like to see us carry?

None that I can think of.

1) At least once a week
2) web site
3)yes
4) not always. But thats how it is on seconds.
5) Yep, yep, yep
6) will let you know if I think of something, but nothing comes to mind right now.
7) bring shipping cost down a bit would help. The money you save gets eaten by the shipping.

2) Do you place your order via phone or through the site?

6) What other items would you like to see us carry?

1) almost once a week fortunate enough the visit there once, sweeeeet  8)
2) on the phone havent ordered in a while but I like talking to the guys there
3)on seconds hell yes and some 22hornet brass too
4)not always, seconds go fast
5) I'll shop there until it gets closed down then pout for a month
6) unleaded varmint bullets

I take a look 3 times per month but I never seem to get on there when you have what I need!!!!! I would like .257 bullets and 80 grain .243 BT's in seconds but never seem to find the right time to buy!!!!!!

The prices are not bad, your shipping for those that don't buy alot is somewhat high!!!! I would lower your shipping and also handle your own brass at a few bucks more than retail stores, sometimes you find brass other times not!!!!!! I'm still looking for .243 Nosler brass the only place I could find wanted 53.00 per 50 that is a rip off when cabelas or scheels has it I can get it for 33.00-36.00 per 50!!!!! Problem being they haven't had any in more than 2 months!!!!!

I would also limit those buying seconds to so many boxes as I think some are doing the resale thing. 10 boxes per 100 counts or 20 boxes poer 50 count max, so more can get in on the deals!!!!!!

Seldom shop there - seems like I can always get what I want from Grafs, and they have a very low shipping cost.

Or I buy locally, where I can chat with the hunting/accuracy minded guys behind the counter.

Time to time I have purchased from the shooters pro shop - but usually only when I hear of some big sale going on there with bullets I can use.

1. I shop there once or twice a year.
2. Believe I phone ordered. Don't remember.
3. Priced decently - often though on things I simply don't need/want.
4. Often out of stock on bullets I want.
5. Sure, I'll shop there again.
6. Just bigger stockpiles of the popular bullets.

Not always - but I tend to order a fair number of bullets once or twice a year, to see me through, 500 of these, 200 of those, 1500 match bullets etc... When I do that and it goes to Grafs, I get an exceptional deal on shipping. Not all of my favorite bullets are Nosler - although a good number of them are - sometimes I prefer other brands or types for a particular application.

Sometimes I'll want to try one box of bullets - something new to me. That's when your shipping fees just kill the deal. Then again, you probably prefer the guys who make the big orders - like I do once or twice a year!

Regards, Guy

Other comments: Bivwak has a nice selection, but the search feature is poor ( or I am an idiot). Try a search for 6mm solid base and see what pops up

1. Not often enough

4. most of the time
5. yes
6. reloading guides

Thanks guys! Awesome info.

Regarding shipping, they do a flat rate for a 3.5 lb package to your Zip code, I suppose they could switch over and charge everyone exact shipping for each order but those 10 to 20 bag orders might get a little pricey for you. Which would you all prefer?

dw06; 3. pretty much, like to see priority mail as option for shipping to reduce cost.

They offer that as of a couple weeks ago, when you go to enter your zip code, there is a drop-down box that will allow you to select priority mail option.

Are there any other thoughts for improvement? The Pro Shop guys do what they do for you all so they want to make sure they have you covered as best they can.

Again, thanks for the info!
