Venison, noodles and whitesauce

In a sauce pan put 2 cut up large onions and just cover with water. Simmer until onions are translucent.

Add 2 pints of heavy cream
2 Tbs of lemon pepper
2 tbs butter.
Salt to taste
Continue to simmer.

Thicken with combo of flour, corn starch and cold water. Taste and add more lemon pepper and salt as desired.

Boil some egg noodles, drain. Put back in pan and add some melted butter and garlic salt. Toss well.

Fry up some venison steaks medium.

Plate up the noodles and venison and pour the whitesauce over it. In Central Yooper terminology....muckle it down.

This sounds like a cardiologists nightmare. I'm printing the recipe and planning to try it this coming week. Should make mama happy.
