Has anyone tried this powder yet using 200 AB in your 300 RUM? I'm curious if there is any velocity gain over the RL-25 that I'm currently using. Where can one find load data on this new powder? My local gunsmith has RL-23 & RL-26 in stock.

Keep in mind that most 300 RUMS sport a little freebore and Q/L does not compensate for this. This is why it's maxing out under 3k fps. Same holds true for the weatherbies and Q/L

Thanks Fotis, Yeah I got ya on the freebore thing as mine sure has some of that.

In QuickLoad...add the freebore length to the OAL...that will give you a more accurate projection with rounds that have long freebore.
