I designed a new gong, a cow bell out of AR500 3/8" steel. It's 8.5" tall, 8.0" wide and 3.0" thick. Got it painted up and hung at 250 yards. Blew the dust off the 338 RUM and let Freedom Ring. It resonates well, you can hear it even at 250 yards. JD338

I've had a taste for boiled dinner. Picked up a nice corned beef, rutabaga and a head of cabbage. Put potatoes, carrots and an onion in the crock pot. Added some beef stock and let it go all day. Turned out perfect! JD338

Just picked up a Springfield Armory Hellcat Pro 9mm for EDC. I chose the Desert FDE color option. It came with a Crimson Trace 5 MOA red dot, 2 15 round magazines and a magazine loader. I'll shoot it tomorrow and get the red dot zeroed. Going to run Federal 147 gr HST loads. JD338
