2013 Bullet Wish List

+1 in the .348 at 250gr FN PT

I still use the Barnes Original 250gr FN with RL19 in my Win 71.

There is one glaring omission in my opinion ...

Custom Competition in 6mm and at 67-68gr weight in packs of 100, 500 and 1000.

I believe there's a significant '2nd tier' informal benchrest market that would be suited to a projectile at that weight.
Cheers...

A 250gr. FN E-tip for my 444P Marlin and a 300gr. FN E-Tip for my 1895GBL 45-70.

Those would be two fine bullets. I'll add the need for a 220 or 225 grain FN .358 Partition for my .356! If we're wishing, I might as well wish for the sky.

I'd really like to see a 225 grain .30 caliber AccuBond as well as a 140 grain AccuBond in 6.5mm for fast twist barrels, I happen to have a 1-9" .30 cal barrel and a 1-8" 6.5 barrel that would love to send heavy weight Nosler's screaming out past 1k!

Dan, those would be some cool ones for you Cali hunters for sure. Heck, I would try them here in my 444 or 45-70 if they made them too.

That would be a cool one as well, or even an AB with the round point for the lever rifles.

They could use the same type tip as the 300 gr. BST it would be really cool and a good looking bullet to boot. Some more non lead options ESPECIALLY in .429 caliber are needed. The Barnes XPB is not a great option in the 444 for sure. A tough 250 grained that could stand up to 444 velocities would be awesome.

I can go for that! My 444 would eat that alive.

Heck yeah! I haven't did a single thing with my 444 yet, but A good Nosler would be the cat's meow.

I am however using .429" bullets in the muzzleloader. Going to try that 300 grain UniCor for it. They shoot excellent with the MMP sabots Jim turned me on to.

I have some 250 PT's, but I am not going to mess with them just yet, probably work up a load with the FMC Sierra 250's, then try out the 250 PT.. Should be a stomper in the 444 Marlin!
